Connect Global Aquaponics Update
Connect Global has continued our commitment to building and maintaining aquaponic systems that porovide nutirent rich foods for people in need. We train members of the community to build and operate these systems and have seen many families beneift over the years.
Our newest system is built in a town called San Juan Pueblo, where one of our partner schools, Las Huellas Del Maestro, resides. The system is being built by our national director, Jorge Amador, and the men and women of the rehab facility it will ultimately serve.
Jorge met with the director of the rehabilitation center, Pastor Pedro Gonzalez, to make plans to mount this new system which will help the group members grow and cultivate their food source. This system will be able to supplement the food supplies here at New Covenant (Nuevo Pacto) Rehab for the over 100 members and 20 staff and pastors.
